Bill G. Clutter celebrates 40 years as an educational professional
MIAMI, FL, November 16, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ — Bill G. Clutter, Senior Advisor to the President of Ross University School of Medicine, has been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
After working with educational programs as a graduate student, Dr. Clutter became involved in his profession. He has two years of knowledge in his existing position and specializes in adult education. His role entails that he negotiate with leading teaching hospitals for clinical clerkships to serve third and fourth year students, in an effort to help them continue their clinical medical studies. He attributes his success to his strong work ethic.
In 1984, he earned a Ph.D. in adult learning theory and higher education administration from American University. Dr. Clutter earned a master’s degree in international relations and political science at University of Maryland in 1968. In his free time, he lends his services towards the United Nations Children’s Fund, his local church and several local nonprofit organizations. He has won many national and regional awards from the National University Continuing Education Association (UCEA). Dr. Clutter has also received governmental awards from the State of Maryland and the city of Baltimore. In five years, he hopes to continue improving the university’s curriculum.
